In 2019 I contracted with Petersen-Dean to install a new roof on my home near Elk Grove. I didn't understand that they were going to sub it out to Donahoo Roofing, but I am very happy they did. I have a minor issue with the new roof and have tried for 2 months to contact Petersen-Dean whom the contract was with and no response. I then called Donahoo and Jody told me no problem, he would send someone out. Thank you Jody for taking care me even though you don't have to. Great customer service.
